Delivery

We only ship dry goods under 5kg,

for frozen and products over 5kg these are only available to collect or for local delivery in the PR6/PR7 area.

Orders for Free Local Delivery in the PR6/PR7 areas must be over £20 and placed before 1pm to ensure delivery next day, we will try for same day where possible. 

Deliveries between £15 & £20 carry a £2.00 delivery charge

We only deliver Monday to Friday, we cannot deliver Wednesdays or Saturdays

All local deliveries are carried out by ourselves after we close at 5, if you require a daytime delivery please get in touch and we can arrange this for you. 

Click & collect, we will contact as soon as possible for you to collect your order. Collection is from 30 Steeley Lane Chorley PR6 0RD Collections must be made with 5 working days unless contacted to arrange a later collection. Collections not picked after this time may cancelled and a 25% restocking fee charged. Our opening times are

Postal deliveries are sent out within 2 working days 

Delivery FAQS

How will my local delivery arrive?
All deliveries made by the us are in our own vehicles. Deliveries are made after we close the shop, allowing people to be home from work to receive their orders.

For postal deliveries we use Royal Mail Second Class, for lost parcels please give 10 working days from the date it was due before contacting us, as we are unable to process a claim before this time.

What if I’m not home?
If you are not in, we will leave in a safe place of your choice, sometimes this is not always possible. Please advise us if you will require a different delivery time so we can arrange. Please leave a note if you will not be in/ safe place to leave.

Please note that ownership of ordered goods will pass to you once we have delivered the order to you (either to you or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour as advised by you).

How late can I place my order?
Orders must be placed by 1PM the day before you require a delivery We do have weight limits on our vans. Once the vans are full, we reserve the right to cut orders off. The earlier you can place your order in the week the better, 

What days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Fridays locally ( we do not deliver on a Wednesday)

What time will my delivery come?
We deliver after we close the shop so generally between 5&6, if you require a daytime delivery this can be arranged in advance,

My order is wrong, what do I do?
Please check your delivery against your order sheet at time of arrival. In the rare occasion we have had to substitute something, it will be written on your delivery sheet. If you are missing items from your order, then you must notify us within 24 hours via email sarah@bunnysmoggysdoggys.co.uk
